Animation is hard. Maybe more than any other full motion film, the work that it takes to create beautiful, compelling animation is hidden from the viewer. The idea is that the better the craftsmanship behind a product, the less you notice it.
That was my experience working on Circuit Breakers in 2024. Over six episodes, I collaborated with truly exceptional designers and animators to speculate on the future of various industries that are all connected by AT&T’s network. The end result are films that are fun, charming, clever, and zip by before you notice the literal hundreds of hours it took to produce them. I even got to write the scripts for episodes five and six! This was absolutely one of my standout projects from 2024.
